Elkhart County is home. We're based in Elkhart, so Goshen, Bristol, Middlebury, Nappanee and the rest of the county are close to the yard, which keeps scheduling flexible. It's a county of RV plants and factory lots, subdivisions and Amish farms, and we pave and maintain all of them.
St. Joseph County takes in South Bend, Mishawaka and the towns around them, from older city neighborhoods with tight driveways and alley approaches to newer subdivisions and rural property out toward Walkerton and North Liberty. Lake-effect snow means plenty of plowing and salt here, which makes crack sealing and sealcoating especially worthwhile.
Marshall County is farm country with lake towns mixed in: Plymouth, Bremen and Bourbon, Culver on Lake Maxinkuckee, plus Argos and La Paz. We pave long country drives, farm lanes and shop aprons here, along with lake-home driveways that have to be done neatly in tight spaces.
Kosciusko County has more than 100 lakes, including Lake Wawasee at Syracuse and Winona Lake next to Warsaw, so lake-home and cottage driveways, many of them narrow, sloped or wooded, are a big part of paving here. Warsaw and the towns around it also have busy commercial and industrial lots that need regular sealing and striping.
LaGrange County is the heart of northern Indiana's Amish country, with Shipshewana, Topeka and LaGrange surrounded by farms. Long farm lanes, shop yards and business lots that see busy tourist seasons all need pavement that holds up, and that's how we build it.
Noble County covers Kendallville, Ligonier, Albion, Avilla and Cromwell, plus the lake towns of Rome City and Wolcottville. It's a mix of small-town neighborhoods, industrial lots and rural property with long lanes, so jobs here range from quick sealcoats to new driveways cut through the woods.
LaPorte County runs from the Lake Michigan shoreline at Michigan City, Long Beach and Michiana Shores inland to La Porte's lakes and the farm towns of Kingsbury, Kingsford Heights and Westville. Sandy ground near the dunes needs a well-compacted base to stay put, and lake-effect winters are hard on pavement.
Starke County includes Knox and Hamlet, with sandy soils, the Kankakee River country and Bass Lake nearby. A properly compacted base is the key to lasting pavement on sandy ground, and that's where we start every job.
Whitley County includes Columbia City, Churubusco, Larwill and South Whitley. We pave and maintain driveways, farm lanes and business lots throughout the county, an easy trip down from Elkhart.
Steuben County is lake country, with Angola and the lakes around it plus Orland and Hudson. Cottages and lake homes often sit on narrow lots with steep approaches, and we pave and seal those driveways with care, along with commercial lots in town.
In Fulton County we serve Rochester and Akron. Rochester's lakes and Akron's farm country make for a mix of lake-home drives, rural lanes and in-town lots.
In DeKalb County we work in Garrett, Ashley, Altona and Corunna, small towns surrounded by farmland and rural homesites. Many jobs here are long drives and farm lanes, where good drainage and a solid base matter more than anywhere.
Monterey is a small town on the Tippecanoe River in northern Pulaski County. We take on driveway, lane and lot work there as part of our southwestern route.
North Manchester sits on the Eel River in northern Wabash County and marks the southern edge of our service area. We're glad to make the trip for driveway, sealcoat and parking lot work there.
Across the state line, Berrien County runs from the Lake Michigan beach towns of New Buffalo, Bridgman and St. Joseph to Niles and Buchanan on the St. Joseph River and the fruit-belt towns of Coloma and Watervliet. Lake-effect snow and road salt are a fact of life here, so regular crack sealing and sealcoating pay off.
Dowagiac is in Cass County, a short drive north of the state line from Elkhart. We handle driveways, rural lanes and business lots there, along with lake properties in the area.
In St. Joseph County, Michigan, we serve Sturgis and Three Rivers, just north of the Indiana line. Both are an easy drive from Elkhart, and we pave and maintain driveways and lots throughout the area.
Van Buren County is rural, with Bangor, Hartford and Gobles surrounded by farms and blueberry fields. Long gravel drives are common here, and turning one into a paved driveway is a popular upgrade.
Kalamazoo, Portage, Parchment and Galesburg mark the northern edge of our service area. City neighborhoods, campus-area rentals and commercial lots all get the same work we do in Indiana: solid prep, clean paving and regular maintenance.
Bronson is a small town in Branch County on the eastern side of our Michigan service area. Farmland and rural homes mean long driveways and lanes that benefit from a well-built base and regular sealing.
