Curb appeal that lasts
Overview
Lines that make a lot work
Striping is what turns a slab of asphalt into a working parking lot. Clear stall lines fit more cars in the same space, arrows and stop bars keep traffic moving the right way, and properly marked accessible spaces and fire lanes keep you on the right side of the rules. When lines fade, people park crooked, spaces get wasted and drivers cut through where they shouldn't.
We stripe new lots from a fresh layout and restripe existing lots after sealcoating or whenever the paint has worn thin. For a new layout we measure the lot, plan stall sizes and drive aisles, and place accessible spaces with their access aisles close to the entrance. For restriping we follow your existing layout or update it if your needs have changed. Lines go down with a striping machine for straight, even widths, and stencils handle symbols and lettering. Private roads and lanes can be marked too.

Measure and plan
We measure the lot and settle the layout, stall count and accessible spaces with you.
Clean the surface
Lines need clean pavement to bond, so the surface is blown off first.
Lay out
Every line and symbol is measured and marked before any paint goes down.
Stripe and stencil
Lines are striped by machine, then symbols, arrows and lettering are stenciled.
Is it time?
When to restripe
- Right after a sealcoat or new pavement
- Lines that are faded, chipped or hard to see at night
- A layout that wastes space or confuses traffic
- Missing or outdated accessible parking markings
- A change in how the lot is used, like new entrances or pickup spots
FAQ
Asphalt Line Striping questions
More answers on our FAQ page, or call (574) 350-4142.
How long does striping take to dry?
Traffic paint is usually dry to the touch within minutes and ready for cars in under an hour in good weather. Most lots can be striped without closing for a full day.
Can you stripe a lot right after it's sealcoated?
Yes, once the sealer has cured. Restriping is typically the last step of a sealcoating job, so the lot reopens with fresh, bright lines.
Do you handle ADA parking layouts?
Yes. We lay out accessible stalls, access aisles and van-accessible spaces to the ADA dimensions and mark them with the international symbol of accessibility. Posted signs are a separate requirement, and we can point you to what's needed.
